David Benoit, founder of Pelorus Advisors, stated that David Mercugliano will be directly responsible for business development in Pelorus’ Health Care Services practice group.

David Mercugliano brings extensive experience in healthcare operations and process improvement. He offers more than 20 years of clinical and practice management expertise in the clinical constellation of care arena, from acute trauma to sub-acute rehab, long term care, homecare practice, and out-patient services. As a management executive, Mercugliano led the turn around of major regional rehab providers, and was directly responsible for the financial turn around of a national rehab provider serving the LTC community in New England. “My forte,” explained Mercugliano, “is understanding the complexities of the health care practice arena and how to craft creative solutions to difficult challenges.”
